The hand fulfilment of a diverse product range which includes products from delicate raw seeds to saleable stock keeping units(SKUs) quickly became a drain on their time and resources. In this new partnership we have been able to introduce cost-saving measures without compromising the quality and care Grassias’ customers expect.
By entrusting Flow with their Pick & Pack solutions, in addition to services such as shrink wrapping, Grassias has seen a significant boost in operational efficiency and a marked reduction in their internal workload.
