9:40am - Having already got an address count of a large estate in Wakefield, we built & sent the quote.
11:25am – TBBA accepted the quote and Flow Group issued an invoice for payment.
11:30am – TBBA provided the artwork for the project.
11:45am – Flow Group ordered the address data.
1:50pm – Flow Group provided the print proofs for the postcards, including the targeted address data.
2:00pm – Proofs were approved by TBBA.
3:45pm – Postcards were printed and trimmed by Flow Group.
4:30pm – Flow Group dispatched the 486 postcards with Royal Mail, for next day delivery.
This is not always possible to have such a rapid turnaround on every mailing project. It is dependent on the targeting, quantity, print specifications, and approval sign offs alongside many other factors.
However, this job provided a perfect demonstration of how, in the right circumstances, mailing can be turned around within 24 hours!
